·        This database software program tracks everything from fundraisers & student trip payments to dues & fees collections right down to the individual student level.  Some organizations include the Student's Account (from fundraising activities, etc.) to pay for student trips and some organizations keep the two monies separate (Student Account is used to pay for sheet music, etc.); our software handles both methods. 

·        You can even track special band one-time money collections like Band Camp, Summer Marching Band practice fees, etc.  These are fees that you might typically want to kept separate from the regular student account.

·        Over 30 reports tailored to school staff, program volunteers (like Band Booster parent leaders), and parents.  Reports can be very detailed, at summary level, or for specific periods of time.  You can create reports on all students or just one student.  And you can even print Avery mailing labels for each student in the database!  Click here to see all reports.

·        There is no need to re-key your existing student roster into the database.  There is an Import function that will import an existing student roster from your existing records via an Excel ® template that is provided. The user only needs to ‘copy and paste’ into the Excel template from their existing Windows-based software like Excel, Word, Lotus, Dbase, Microsoft Works, or Access (if you know how to 'copy & paste' you have it made!).  There is also an export function that will allow you to export student data to Excel ® that can be used for other school or parent needs. (Microsoft Excel 97 or higher is required to perform the import and export functions).

·        Need to change the treasurer from year to year?  Not a problem.  The license is good for the Band Booster organization not just one individual.  Once a treasurer moves on, the program can be installed on the next treasurer's computer.  Just follow the step-by-step instructions on how to move the data from one computer to another and you are ready for a new school year!

·        There are numerous utilities to manage the data. Examples include carrying-over student data from one year to the next,  purging graduating students, importing & exporting data, and backing up your database.

·        There are helpful hints and suggestions to guide you along on the Input Screens.  Full documentation is provided via Help Screens and a hardcopy manual.  

·        Fund the Band is password protected to keep your data secure.
